What's brown and white and cute all over?

Ryan as a giraffe! Today my mom and I went to Pumpkin Town here in T-town and took some photos of sweet Ryan in her first Halloween costume! She was so cooperative. It was difficult to get pictures without her hands in or near her mouth, which is her new fascination. Either way, she was so precious and we had a fun time!

My Buddy, My Buddy, My Buddy & Me!

Ryan's little bath buddy...a doll we used to play with when we were little...I love it!! :) Ryan loves her baths, however she has started this new thing. When she is done, she's done! Her bath now ends with her crying...and not a little whimper, but a full blown expression of hatred! It's really cute...here is a pick of her after the fiasco is over. That bottom lip out...I've been told this is just the beginning of seeing that lower lip!

Buried in Leaves!

Ryan is so cute! Everyday it seems she is getting more and more interactive making sounds and discovering simple things, like her hands! When they appear before her eyes, she is awe-struck...after starring for a moment she returns to kicking, laughing, cooing, and spitting up! One beautiful afternoon this past week, I took advantage of the moment and captured a few photos of her in the leaves and our precious family! God is so good to give me such a wonderful gift, my hubby and sweet Ryan Elizabeth!

A Beautiful Fall Afternoon

Fall is truly my favorite time of year. The colors, smells, cool breeze, warm sun shining down, and time with family...there is no better combination! OSU has a botanical garden, so one afternoon we headed out there to play and capture some pictures. You can only imagine what was taking place behind the camera to get all of their attention! We had a delightful time! (And yes, I left the fate of my daughter in the hands of a 2 year old, Lily, but only for a moment.)

Pirate Party!

Gabriel (my 4 year old nephew) was asked by my brother and Tiffany if he would like to celebrate his birthday with friends in Amarillo or with his cousins and family in Stillwater...you can guess his answer...what a celebration we had! We even had a pirate show up to take us on a treasure hunt! Thanks Gabriel for celebrating your birthday with your family! It was the BEST Pirate Party I've ever been to!

Fall Family Fun!

All week we've been in my hometown with my sister & brother along with our families. It has truly been a wonderful time! We've laughed, shared, played, and of course ate wonderful food (just like when we were kids). What a week it has been...with all of it coming to a close, my heart is satisfied to have had such a grand time with my family as we made memories. And yet at the same time it is a little heavy to know that today it came to an end...but only until next time. For this my heart longs and anticipates for our next holiday gathering. Here's to one of my most favorite gifts from God...my family! I love ya'll!
