Bigs Loves "Go-gurt"

So Ryan's almost 21 months old and is such a doll! (I think every blog entry starts off with me saying how sweet she is...) Each morning she asks for "bites" and her favorite is "go-gurt" or we'd say yogurt. She insists on feeding herself, which is a mess...as you can see. But she's a happy camper! It seems that lately she is saying so many more words and doing so many more funny things! I wish we could video and record everything she is doing lately. The best is she is now attempting to sing the "Bigs of the Jungle" song, which we made up for her a few weeks after she was born. So, I'm working on catching that on video and I'll post it as soon as we have it! Until then, enjoy these sweet pics.

Wide Open Plains...

Here's a few pics from our time in Goltry, OK (population 244). These are the Jantzen roots! Ryan loved it out there...walking back and forth on the road in front of Grandma's old house, she's such a "country girl". And she makes a good model for the little skirt and flowers I made her...(yep, I've discovered a new hobby - sewing!). It was so cute, yesterday on our drive to Goltry, Ryan learned the word "cow" and the "moo" sound that a cow makes. So the entire drive (over 5 hours) she would say "moo moo" and point out her window looking for cows. When she saw one she was so overcome with excitement! It was precious! Today on our way to church she continued saying "moo" and looking out her window. Maybe she is calling the cows home? Who knows...

Neighborhood Friends!

Neighbors are such a blessing! We've been ever so blessed to have such wonderful neighbors! On the south is our sweet friends Kristen and Ronnie with their three girls (Teagen & Brinley both 18 months and then their newest sister Savannah who is 4 days old!). On the north side of us is Ace (2 years old) with his mommy LeNissa and grandmother Miss Carolyn. Today, like most days, we spend time with at least one if not both of these neighbors! And as the weather gets nice our time together increases! Ryan loves the "girls" and Ace too! Here's a few pictures of our time together.

Yesterday, Alissa, Ryan, Wade, and I headed to Woodward Park for a few pics of the little ones for Spring! Here are a few of my favorites. :) Ryan's getting to look so much like a little girl. What a cutie pie!

The last few days...

So the last few days have been eventful (as most of our days are)...they've consisted of watching Wade William (aka "Waders"), eating ice cream (as stated in the previous post), going out for Girl's Night at The Melting Pot (with my two neighbors), enjoying yummy food at Wolfgang Puck (one of my fave restaurants with my little girl and parents), enjoying yummy drinks with my sweet Girl's Night girls, and going on walks with Wade and Ryan. Good times! Oh ya, and Ryan sucking down an entire bottle of chocolate milk from Sonic!!! She loves chocolate milk (her daddy's fave too).

I Scream You Scream...

we all scream for ice cream! So, now that it's getting warmer outside, I'm finding ourselves at Braum's way more than needed. While in Stillwater, we went twice and since then we've visited the one less than a mile from our house more than I'd like to admit. Ryan LOVES ice cream. I wonder where she gets that (Grandpa and Daddy maybe)?
