Happy B-Day Grandpa!

Although this is a little late, Ryan wanted me to share that she had the most wonderful time celebrating her Grandpa's b-day the first weekend in February! Grandpa's b-day was on February 5th and Ryan turned 6 months on February 6th! Ryan gave her Grandpa a framed hand and foot print. It was a delightful weekend celebrating two fabulous people...

Ryan also got some fun toys from Grandma. Bath time was made more fun with a little fountain starfish (which she really enjoyed inspite of being sprayed in the face a few times) and she also got her cute little Sophie the Giraffe. Thanks Grandma for the fun toys (and my cute little socks you sent at Valentine's Day).

Peas in a Pod

Over Valentine's Day weekend, my brother Jason and his family were in Stillwater, so we headed over to spend time with the family. Oh, how blessed we are with their three little ones and Tiffany too! I love you guys and we all had a fabulous time just hanging out.

Nate (who is 4 weeks younger than Ryan) is on the go! He is rolling over, beginning to crawl, and is a little wiggler. Ryan has still just rolled over once. I guess her chunkiness is preventing her movement! As you can see, Ryan just laid there and watched. Nate rolled onto Ryan, kept grabbing at her face, and he enjoyed her new favorite teething toy, Sophie the Giraffe. Ryan was such a great cousin and shared with baby Nate. Oh, this will be so fun to watch them grow up together!! Until they play again...

Wedding Bells Are Ringing...

Congratulations Matthew and Heidi!! We are so excited for you both and can't wait for Ryan to have a new aunt, Aunt Heidi!! Yippee!! May 22nd is a great day. We celebrate 10 years on May 20th. Time will fly...So here it so our soon-to-be new family member Heidi...we love you!

Prince Bronson & Princess Ryan

My dear friend Renee and I have been so blessed to have babies 6 weeks apart...we talk daily (most of the time), swap baby stories, and simply share this beautiful season of life we are in together! It is such a blessing having her and baby Bronson in my life!

Okay, Bronson is a hoss...love every bit of his chunkiness (and you will too)! Checkout our latest time together...Ryan and he are buds and have enjoyed our times together. Bronson or "B" never stops moving...all the time and sweet Ryan simply spectates...and laughs. So cute!

Bananas & Eggrolls

With it being the first of February, we decided to start something new here at the Jantzen home! At lunch, Ryan helped mommy make her eggrolls and rice and then this evening we were feeling adventurous, so we let Ryan try bananas (aka "memas") for the first time. She wasn't sure at first, but as you will see, they were a hit! Yummy to her tummy!! (Notice her little legs in the bumbo, they are so chunky they barely fit into her bumbo seat...I really think she wanted to taste the eggroll. She was relentless on chewing the packaging!)
